Questions makers ask us
Do I need Shopify or another store?+
No. Live Impressions is the storefront — for live events (guests scan your QR) and online between events (your web store link, or embedded in a site you already have). There's nothing else to subscribe to.
What printers and presses does it work with?+
Any of them. You define your magnet sizes, bleed, and sheet in Templates, and we output standard print-ready PDFs laid out to those exact dimensions — with calibration runs so your first sheet matches your press, not our assumptions.
What happens at my booth when the wifi is bad?+
Guests order over their own phone connection, so your booth isn't the bottleneck. And pay-at-booth means no card terminal is required — take cash, mark it collected, and the board syncs the moment you're back online.
How do payouts work?+
Card payments run through your own Stripe account (we set it up with you in Settings → Payments). Money goes straight to your bank on Stripe's standard payout schedule — on paid plans we take 0% of it.
How long before I can run my first event?+
An afternoon, not a weekend. You get six starter sizes already set up — five squares and rectangles plus a 2.25-inch button — and three suggested products to price, and a checklist on your dashboard walks you through the rest — name your shop, set your prices, create an event, print your QR. You can even place a practice order on your own storefront to see the whole thing work; we mark it as practice so it never counts in your revenue.

Can you really build my website?+
